Match Day Six brings the last Champions League action of the calendar year over the next two days. Out of the four groups, only one spot in the last sixteen remains with København and Rubin Kazan battling in Group D. In the other three groups the top position is still available to every second place side, provided the results turn in their favor. Most notably Valencia have a chance to jump Manchester United when the two play at Old Trafford. The Spanish side have a huge goal differential and will clear United even if they finish on the same number of total points. In Group B, Hapoel and Benfica will be playing their respective matches with an eye on qualifying for the Europa League.

Group A:
Tottenham Hotspur @ Twente
Internazionale @ Werder Bremen

Group B:
Schalke @ Benfica
Hapoel @ Olympique Lyonnais

Group C:
Valencia @ Manchester United
Rangers @ Bursaspor

Group D:
Rubin Kazan @ Barcelona
Panathinaikos @ København
