Last weekend’s stunners gave way to the expected strength of English sides in European competition mid-week. This weekend the big clubs are back at it with difficult draws across the board. Manchester United will go up north to face Sunderland while Manchester City will host Newcastle United at Eastlands. Aston Villa go down to North London to face Tottenham and surprising West Brom can keep in the top seven in hosting Bolton at the Hawthorns. But the biggest game of the weekend is obviously Arsenal’s trip across town to visit Chelsea. If the Gunners are going to make a move this season, picking up away points to Chelsea would be a great start. Both sides strolled in the Champions League and both will want to get back to their winning ways in the league after surprise losses last weekend. Should be a good one.
