Thursdays in the fall mean the Europa League and there are several fine fixtures to look forward to. Group A has the biggest match-up in terms of name-value with Juventus visiting Manchester City. Sevilla’s season could be in full disaster mode if their trip to Borussia Dortmund is not a successful one. Liverpool can take full control of Group K against a Utrecht side that surely cannot compete, even with this poor edition of the Reds. And Atlético Madrid should get a good game from a strong Leverkusen side at the Vicente Calderón.
