Burnley started the weekend off by clobbering Hull City at the KC Stadium, 4-1. Both sides were able to wear their standard kits.

Saturday’s other game saw West Ham United take a big step toward survival with an important 1-0 win over Sunderland at the Boleyn Ground. West Ham‘s home kits put the Black Cats into their all-white change outfits.

Wolverhampton Wanderers and Stoke City played to a nil-nil draw at Molineux in game where both sides donned their standard attire.

In another nil-nil draw, Liverpool played Fulham at Anfield Road. Both clubs were in their regular kits.

And the most surprising result of the weekend came when Blackburn Rovers earned a nil-nil draw with Manchester United at Ewood Park. With Blackburn as the home side, United were forced to switch their standard shorts and socks.

The only game on Sunday not to feature a nil-nil scoreline was Manchester City’s 5-1 rout of Birmingham City at Eastlands. City wore their blue home kits so Brum chose their all-black change kits for contrast.
