Nicklas Bendtner (pictured) scored in the 93rd minute to send Arsenal to victory against Hull City at the KC Stadium, 2-1. Andrei Arshavin had given the Gunners an early lead with his 14th minute goal but a penalty on Sol Campbell gave Jimmy Bullard the opportunity to draw even in the 28th minute. The final hour of the match saw George Boatang sent off for a bad tackle on Bacary Sagna leaving Hull with just ten men for most of the match. The Tigers probably deserved shared points but were denied when Bendtner scored for the fourth time in two games. Arsenal now go to second place, even on points with Chelsea. But the Gunners have played a more than both the Blues above and third place Manchester United. For Hull, the failure to pick up a point keeps them in nineteenth place and still three points short of exiting the relegation zone.
